Gibraltar H

Gibraltar H is a solvent refined, high-viscosity paraffinic petroleum base lubricating oil with metal-wetting, water-displacing, and anti-corrosion additives. Its principal use is in reciprocating compressors pumping water-wet, sour, high-pressure gases. The naturally high viscosity meets the SAE 60 classification without using synthetic components or viscosity index improvers.

Compressor cylinder lubrication is a once-through application. This oil is heavily fortified with a combination of additives to cover a wide range of protection. It is intentionally designed to be the sacrificial component for protection of metal parts in sour gas compressor applications.

Under current OSHA guidelines, Gibraltar H oil formulation does not require labeling as carcinogenic hazardous.
